Q: Does my dog need to be in the room for our Zoom call?
A: No
Q: Can I book a session for someone else's dog and receive the insights to pass along to them?
A: No. The dog's owner, or the person the dog considers to be their primary caregiver or leader, must attend the session. Animal communication is an energetic connection, and having the right person present allows for the clearest and most accurate communication.
Q: What time zone are you in for booking?
A: The booking calendar will automatically change into your local time zone.
Q: Do I need to send in a photo of my dog for a session?
A: No, you do not need to send a photo of your dog before your session. I connect with your dog's energy, not their physical appearance, so a photo isn't necessary. Durning your session, I'll share the messages, insights, and information I receive directly from your dog.
Q: Can more than one person be on the Zoom call?
A: Yes! More than one person is welcome to join the Zoom session. Many clients choose to have family members or a partner attend so everyone can hear the information.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
